Our gym has been designed with human movement and function at the forefront of design. We have based the equipment selection around our total understanding of the body and movement, and the fact that we as humans are three-dimensional and move using multi limbs and in multi directions.
The final setup gives our members the best solution for full freedom of movement to perform day-to-day activities in the best possible way, as well as to achieve optimum physical fitness, coordination, stability, balance, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, reaction time, cardiovascular and respiratory capacity.
