My career in the fitness industry began in 1992…yes, all the way back then!
I’ve trained every age from 3 to 96! From ‘everyday man’ to a professional England Rugby player and I treat you all the same, with respect for you and your body. Whether you want to train for something specific or if you just want to move better, feel stronger, more confident and in overall better shape and fitness.
I currently offer online group sessions in Yoga and Pilates or 1:1 sessions tailored, not off the shelf, to target your aims and focused on achieving.
